In Welphi, each process needs a list of the participants you want to invite on one or more rounds of your questionnaire. The participants list is managed on the process page. To access the participants list start by clicking the process name on the home page and then click the “0 participants” link at the bottom of the screen.
Besides the e-mail address and name, a participant can have several custom fields, which you can create to add further information about them. You should add your custom fields before you add any participant.
To add a custom field, go to the “Participants” page, click the “Add/Edit Users Fields” button and then the “Create Users Fields” button.
Each custom field must have a name and can have a description.
To add a participant, go to the “Participants” page and click the “Add User” button to add users manually, or the “Import excel” to import all your participants at the same time.
Each participants needs a name and an email address, so you can contact them throughout the process. If you have created any participant fields, they will also show up here to be filled.
Please keep in mind that for GDPR compliance, participants details cannot be edited after being inserted. Only participants themselves can edit their names. Additionally, whenever the participant you are trying to invite is already registered has a participant in previous Welphi questionnaires, their names will automatically be filled and can’t be changed.
Participants can be removed for your process at any time by clicking it’s name and pressing the “remove button”.
That is it. You can add as many participants as you want.
