When you click a universal link to access a Welphi questionnaire, you will be taken to its access page. You can check the name in the lower-left corner of the page to make sure it is the right questionnaire.

To begin answering the questionnaire, you must create a username and a password so you can return to it whenever you want. You will also use these credentials to access the subsequent rounds for this or any other Welphi process.

If this is your first time answering a questionnaire on the Welphi platform, please click “Create new credentials.” You will then be asked to insert your name and an e-mail address.

After clicking “Next,” you will be asked to create a new password. Please repeat the same password in the two boxes.

In the final step, you must accept the “Terms and conditions” by checking the appropriate box.
Clicking “Next” will now move you straight to the questionnaire.

From now on, whenever you want to log in to a questionnaire, follow the link provided and select “Login.” Type your e-mail address and password on the following screen and click Sign in.
